Mental capacity assessments and Court of Protection (CoP3) reports typically range from £750 to £1,100, depending on the complexity of the instruction. For specialized adult social care reports, quotes are provided individually based on the scope and documentation requirements. Our hourly rate is £110 per hour, and court attendance is charged at £1,100 for a full day. Please note that urgent instructions may incur additional fees, and travel time and mileage may be charged if significant travel is necessary.
